Let’s begin with the Good News :
The Good News:
Good News
Jesus, the perfect Son of God, left the glory of Heaven and came down to earth over 2,000 years ago. He didn’t cling to His divine privileges but humbled Himself completely, starting as a tiny seed in Mary’s womb, born to a young virgin.
He walked among us as one of us, feeding the hungry, healing the sick, bringing the dead back to life, and proclaiming the coming of God’s Kingdom. Every step He took, every act of love and sacrifice, had one purpose: to reveal the heart of the Father and open the way for us to be reunited with Him.
Essence of Good News?
Because we have all deviated from God and chosen our own path rather than His. Each of us has committed a sin, and this sin has put a wall between us and our heavenly father. The Bible makes it quite evident that sin’s just punishment is death.
The amazing news is that Jesus came not only to be a good person or to perform good actions. The good news is that we were replaced by Jesus, the Son of God. Taking all of our sin, shame, and punishment upon Himself, He voluntarily walked to the cross. He died as us, not merely for us. Instead, He received the judgement that was intended for us. And anyone who accepts Him is freed from sin and able to live in eternal freedom because of His sacrifice.
Are you ready for salvation?
If you firmly believe in your heart and you wish to declare Him as your Lord and saviour, you will be saved.
The Decision
The decision is now life or death for each individual. The question is, do you accept Jesus’ died on the cross for you and I, and do you wish to follow Him? After all, Jesus is the only path to the Father. If you believe that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved.
Let us Pray
If so, you can say this short prayer. I confess my sins, Lord Jesus. Thank you for dying for my sins. I repent and open my heart and life to You. You are my Lord and Saviour, and I want to trust and obey You.
